The White Rock Museum + Archives Society
A community organization dedicated to preserving and promoting local history and culture. Our Museum is located in the historic White Rock Train Station building on the beach. Residents and visitors can learn about our history, and at the same time enjoy a walk along the promenade, pier, or visit one of the many shops and restaurants along Marine Drive.
Our Mandate
Is to collect, preserve, research, exhibit and interpret local history and culture based on four themes:
- Settlement history
- Railway history
- First Nations history
- Natural history
